I am thinking about buying a Winnebago and living in an RV park, or wherever really. We'd be wired for all of our needs. As for Netflix (Tim and I acquired Netflix recently, and it's a tremendously exciting development), we'd have a post office box nearby.
Sounds like a good option! What a great place to raise a family, don't you think? It's gotta beat renting. How sweet would this be?
You know, when we had that discussion yesterday about you moving into our area, I didn't expect that you would find an RV park more appealing than our apartment complex. I promise it's better! Just because it was built in the 1960s doesn't make it less developed than a Winnebago! I promise!
ReplyDeleteYou know, it looks awesome. My husband's grandparents actually sold their place years a go and live via truck and RV trailer. it's amazing. they've got a sweet set up, it's perfect for their needs, and they can go all over the place in comfort. pretty great!!
ReplyDeleteMore power to you!
Ha ha! I'm with Holly. Cool winnebago = neato. Sewage tank/trailer parks = gross and creepy.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, if you're looking to buy, I'd look at condos. There are some pretty sweet deals out there right now. The only downside is that you have to qualify for a mortgage and have a down payment, so save up and maybe you'll be able to avoid toothless neighbors who hunt squirrels and sport bare beer bellies while mowing their 3 foot strips of lawn ;)
